Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between [CDS Brands t/a Go Polar Creative] ("we", "our", "us") and the client ("you", "your") for the design and delivery of website services.

By purchasing a website from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our goal is to provide simple, affordable, professional websites for small businesses and trades without ongoing contracts or hidden costs.

Scope of Services

Our standard website package includes the design and development of a single-page business website using our proven high-conversion layout. This structure has been developed to help small businesses clearly present their services and generate enquiries.

Each website is built using a structured layout which may include:

  • Hero / introduction section

  • Services overview

  • About your business

  • Image gallery

  • Service areas

  • Testimonials (if provided)

  • Contact forms

  • Call-to-action sections

  • Mobile optimisation

Websites are customised with your business information, branding, images and services but follow our internal design structure to ensure fast delivery and consistent quality.

Custom structural requests outside this format may be quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

To begin the website build process, clients must provide the required business information through our onboarding form. This may include:

  • Business description

  • Services offered

  • Contact details

  • Service locations

  • Images

  • Logo (if available)

  • Brand colours (if applicable)

Delays in providing this information may delay project completion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.

Design Process

We aim to keep the process simple and efficient. Our service is designed as a done-for-you solution rather than a collaborative design project.

Clients are not required to manage design decisions. Instead, we apply our experience to create a clean, professional website based on the information provided.

We do not provide unlimited custom design consultation as part of this package.

Revision Period

All websites include a 14 day revision period beginning from the date the first draft is delivered.

During this period clients may request reasonable content adjustments such as:

  • Text edits

  • Image replacements

  • Service wording changes

  • Contact detail updates

  • Minor layout adjustments

  • Adding provided content into the existing structure

This revision window exists to ensure your website content is accurate and complete before finalisation.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email or approved communication channel).

Post-Revision Updates

After the 14 day revision period ends, any requested updates will be treated as new work.

Updates are not mandatory and there are no ongoing fees or contracts required to maintain your website.

If you require changes after this period, we are happy to assist and updates will be quoted based on the work required at the time.

Typical examples may include:

  • Content updates

  • Adding services

  • Gallery additions

  • Section additions

  • Layout adjustments

A minimum update fee may apply.

Exclusions

The standard website package does not include:

  • Multi-page websites

  • Full redesign requests after approval

  • Logo design

  • Branding development

  • Copywriting services

  • SEO campaigns

  • Google Ads management

  • Hosting services (unless specified)

  • Ongoing marketing services

These services may be quoted separately if required.

Ownership

Ownership of all deliverables, code, and design assets transfers to the client only upon receipt of full payment. Until such time, all work remains the intellectual property of CDS Brands t/a Go Polar Creative

We reserve the right to retain the project files, design framework, and internal systems used to produce the website.

We may also use completed websites in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third Party Services

If domains, hosting or third-party platforms are involved, these services may be subject to their own terms and pricing.

We are not responsible for pricing changes or policies of third-party providers.

Turnaround Time

Typical delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on:

  • Speed of information provided

  • Revision requests

  • Communication delays

  • Project complexity

We always aim to deliver projects as quickly as possible but do not guarantee exact completion dates.

Payments

All website builds must be paid in full or secured with an agreed deposit before work begins.

Outstanding balances must be cleared before final delivery.

Communication

To ensure efficiency and clear tracking of requests, all change requests must be submitted through approved communication channels.

We may not action requests sent through informal channels such as SMS, social media messages or verbal requests.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver professional websites, we do not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Number of leads generated

  • Business growth outcomes

  • Specific performance metrics

Websites are marketing tools and results depend on many factors outside our control.

Acceptance

By proceeding with our services you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect improvements to our service model.

The latest version will always apply to new projects.
